Meaning : To demote an astronomical object from planet status, to a lesser status.
The first occurence of this word in its passed participle form has been observed on november the 1st on a Facebook comment :
As you can notice, as stated by the author of the comment, it's always sad for a planet to lose its status, sometimes they feel revengeful !
